Do I need to make repairs to my property beforehand, and if I do, can I get a higher offer?
We buy homes as-is, there is no need to make repairs! We also allow sellers to leave anything they don’t want behind and we will donate it or dispose of it properly.
What if I owe money on my mortgage?

How soon after enlisting your services is closing?
Closing can be done in 7 days or a date acceptable to you.
